Our Home

Palm Creek Farm is a residential living facility that functions like a home, giving residents an opportunity to function at their highest level of independence. They are given opportunities to participate in outdoor farm tasks and animal care and enjoy family-style meals. Each room is decorated with family pictures, cards from loved ones, sports memorabilia, and anything else that brings joy to our residents.
